1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using NexaTech's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NexaTech provides technology services including but not limited to software development, web development, mobile app development, AI integration, cybersecurity services, cloud computing, and related consulting services.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by NexaTech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Client Projects

For custom development projects, specific terms and conditions will be outlined in a separate service agreement. All intellectual property rights for custom-developed solutions will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon project completion or according to agreed milestones.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexaTech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
